We are trained health care professionals in the practice of providing pediatric massage SC so we know how to provide our young clients with developmentally appropriate touch therapy. What is a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist?

A certified Pediatric massage therapist is a massage therapist, who has received specific advanced training to enhance their skills in providing pediatric massage therapy. Through their advanced training, a CPMT has learned about providing massage therapy for children with special healthcare needs, children who are hospitalized, or have been diagnosed with a terminal illness in hospice care.

A CPMT has knowledge of various massage techniques for working with children with varied physical, developmental, emotional and mental challenges and has practiced these skills during hands-on in class sessions.
